Hi, I’m Jesse Lowe, the founder of Gymnastics Redefined—but first and foremost, I’m a dad to three incredible daughters. Like many parents, I’ve felt the weighty responsibility of raising children to grow into strong, confident young women. But as I looked around, I saw a world that often sends the message that they’re not enough.
One of my daughters struggled deeply with confidence, and watching her doubt herself was heartbreaking. I knew that confidence wasn’t just a skill—it was the foundation for everything else in life. Without it, kids struggle to develop the resilience, social skills, and self-belief they need to thrive. I wanted to give her the tools to feel strong, capable, and ready to take on the world.
At the same time, I was running a gymnastics gym. One day, it hit me: gymnastics could be so much more than a physical activity. What if it could also be a vehicle for building life-changing confidence and essential life skills?
I began integrating confidence-building principles into every aspect of our training. This wasn’t just about learning a cartwheel or mastering a routine; it was about teaching girls to believe in themselves. The results were transformative. Girls grew stronger as athletes, but more importantly, they stood taller, smiled brighter, and embraced challenges with courage and grace.

Within 3-5 years, we plan to establish Gymnastics Redefined as a national movement, opening new locations in key regions across the United States. Alongside this, we’ll continue developing Strong Girls to provide families with resources that foster resilience, courage, and self-belief.
